Dining & Drink Spots
This month I had three standout stops worth sharing. In Wallace, Blackboard Café offered the perfect cozy escape with homemade soups, fresh sandwiches, and warm Italian comfort dishes that made the whole place feel like a winter retreat. Just down the street, The Fainting Goat Restaurant & Bar impressed me again with its beautiful blend of historic charm, delicious small plates and pizzas, and an incredible wine selection that makes it ideal for a relaxing evening out. And back in Coeur d’Alene, I had the chance to experience The Chef’s Table, a unique chef-guided culinary event where you cook, learn, and enjoy thoughtfully crafted dishes — truly one of the most memorable foodie experiences in the area.

The Chef’s Table — Coeur d’Alene, ID
While this isn’t a traditional sit-down restaurant with a fixed address the way most dining spots are, The Chef’s Table CDA is a culinary experience & cooking-class concept that operates at:

This is the location of the Green Tent Station where their classes, dinners, and chef-led culinary events take place.

• A hands-on cooking class experience
• A place for wine-paired dinners & chef-led culinary events
